Thank you for your interest in Brant Point Building and Property Management LLC ("Brant Point Building"). Since our inception, Brant Point Building has evolved from a construction company to a construction and property management firm. This evolution came about when a number of construction clients requested our continued service after the completion of their projects.

Brant Point Building is fully insured and has two licensed general contractors, who are responsible for overseeing major construction projects. We currently manage over 75 properties on a year-round basis, providing a comprehensive range of services. Services

One of the keys to our success is trust. We have gained our client's trust by responding to their needs in a timely fashion and at a fair price. In order to maintain this trusted relationship, Brant Point Building works continuously with a select network of sub-contractors who are responsive to our calls. We believe an added benefit to all construction projects is the sub-contractors who we hire will also be the ones providing services in the future should the needs arise.
